Our Coaching Process:

During this 45minute intake, we will explore your personal story to include goals, challenges, obstacles, and barriers.

Together we will tailor your personal growth plan with specific, measurable, achievable, relevant and timely steps forward.

Your coach will offer just the right amount of push, pull and pain (yes, pain!) to coach you toward your personal growth milestones. These accountability checkins are tailored to work with your schedule, your time, your life … by phone, text, email, virtual and in person.

Design: 1 hour = $100
Deploy: Live Sessions typically last 45 minutes = $100
