Quick snapshot ….

I am amazing at sorting through the clutter and finding the best path forward. I often see patterns where others simply see complexity.  (Strategic) I like to bring ideas to life, energize them and make them exciting and vivid. (Communication) I am great at stretching the circle wider. My life is oriented around the philosophy that not one of us is as smart as all us. (Includer) Excellence, not average, is my measure. I like to take something strong, and transform it into something awesome. (Maximizer) I am fascinated by ideas. Ideas are connections, and I am energized when I can discover simple concepts beneath complexity and explain why things are the way they are.  (Ideation)
