I Believe in Doing Hard Things—Because Nothing Else Works
First and foremost, I am a believer in Jesus Christ and a man of faith. My relationship with God shapes how I live, lead, serve, and coach others. I believe growth, purpose, and transformation happen when we trust God enough to step into challenges rather than avoid them.
The longer I live, the more I’m convinced: the results that matter most only come from doing what’s hard. That’s why I’ve dedicated my professional life to coaching others through the grit, grind, and growth that hard things demand.
I’ve spent thousands of hours mastering the craft of training, coaching, and experiential learning—not from the sidelines, but in the thick of it. Sweat, setbacks, breakthroughs—I’ve lived them all. And I bring that same intensity to every client I work with.
My style isn’t for the faint of heart. It’s for people who are ready to show up, dig deep, and do the real work. I believe God often does His greatest work in us when we step beyond comfort, embrace adversity, and pursue excellence with courage and humility.
If you’re stuck, I can help. If you’re ready to challenge yourself, lean into discomfort, strengthen your leadership, and take bold action aligned with your values and purpose—let’s talk.
Serious clients only.
Let’s do hard things!
"My Dare to Lead assessment revealed strengths in trust-building, values-based leadership, vulnerability, and resilience. My highest score was BRAVING Trust at 9.4 out of 10, which aligns with the leadership philosophy I've developed throughout my career: leadership is built on credibility, consistency, and genuine investment in people."
